Tongue Piercing Care

For the first 4 days after you receive your piercing, you should suck on a lot of ice. Take Advil or Tylenol for the swelling. (As always, follow all instructions on any medicine you choose to take.)

For the first 30 days after you receive your piercing, whenever you put anything in your mouth (other than ice or water), you will need to rinse your mouth with Listerine... ESPECIALLY if you smoke.

Every 3 days, make sure the balls on your barbell are tight.

You may eat anything you want to eat.
